Frequently Asked Questions
We offer 2 delivery options both provided by the Royal Mail.
Our standard delivery option is 2nd class and normally arrives in 2-3 business days. We offer an upgrade to 1st class which normally arrives in 1-2 business days.
Unfortunately neither of these services is tracked and as the service is provided by a third party we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
If having your delivery tracked or delivered on a specified date is important to you then please send us a message indicating what you would like to order and we will give you a quote to upgrade your delivery to a tracked/specified delivery service.
Royal Mail say that 2nd class normally arrives in 2-3 business days and 1st class normally arrives in 1-2 business days. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances much as weather, staff shortages etc delivery can be delayed.
In line with Royal Mail policy we ask that if you can, please wait 10 business days before contacting us about a missing item. If you have still not received after 10 business days we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. Please send us a message to let us know which you would prefer.
If you are unable to wait for 10 business days please send us a message to let us know.
We have had some reports of missing parcels that Royal Mail had tried to deliver but the recipient was not home so they leave a ‘Something for you’ card and the parcel is taken to the local delivery office for collection. However our customers did not get the card telling them they needed to collect it so they didn’t know they had to go and get it. If it is not collected the Royal Mail take 3 weeks to return it to us so you may want to check with your local collection office to see if they have it. If they do you can either collect it or arrange for them to deliver it to you for free.
Flowers are individually tissue wrapped and posted in large letter sized flat boxes which fit 6 flowers comfortably which is why we are able to offer discounts on purchases of multiple flowers. A different size and shape box is used for greater volumes up to 12 flowers. Larger volumes can be accommodated please send us a message to get a quote for any number not offered on the flower listings.
Metal items are wrapped in tissue paper or corrugated cardboard and are either posted in bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes.
We try to be as environmentally friendly as we can and recycle as much packaging material as possible.

Unless otherwise stated our mild steel art is supplied in ‘ready to rust’ bare metal.
The metal art will rust over time so you can experience the enjoyment of watching as it naturally turns rusty.
To speed up the rusting process an occasional spray of salty water over the first few days or so will help create the rust effect. Alternatively if you want it to go rusty very quickly you can use cheap malt vinegar to soak it in, brush it on or spray it with. The metal will start to turn orange before your eyes like magic!
We find our customers prefer to make the items go rusty themselves and the bare metal is a lot cleaner for transportation.
We have rusty art in our photos so you can see what the art will look like once it has turned rusty.
